Retired Special Education school teacher. Married 43 years. Have 3 grown daughters and 6 grandchildren. I have taught exceptional children with learning disabilities for 42 years and coached Special Olympics for 20 years. Have lived in various parts of the United States and also over seas. Carla I. Westcarr is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s in human service with a minor in family and child advocacy. Through the solid faith in the Word of God, her desire to become an advocate for women & children has been known since age 15 and as a mother of 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren, after overcoming the challenges of single motherhood, she has an avid mission to advocating, outreach, empowering others.
