Carla I. Westcarr is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s in human service with a minor in family and child advocacy. Through the solid faith in the Word of God, her desire to become an advocate for women & children has been known since age 15 and as a mother of 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren, after overcoming the challenges of single motherhood, she has an avid mission to advocating, outreach, empowering others. Carla has worked in Human Resources for 18 years, while in her spare time she has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), and participated with numerous food ministries, clothing banks, mentoring programs serving in communities across many states, When she is not working, she can be found reading, jewelry making (beading), traveling and enjoying family.
